Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders the next day from receiving your order confirmation and payment.

We use Royal Mail as our carrier. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your parcel is on its way.

We are unable to deliver on UK public holidays, these orders will be dispatched the following working day. In case of any delays, we will do our best to inform you.

International customers

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a refund within 21 days of receipt. Please note that we only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, unless the reason for the return is a faulty product. 

Please try products on over underwear, ensure that they don't get damaged by the transfer of deodorant or make-up.

You will have to pay the postage cost of returning the product(s) to us. This will be deducted from the amount that is credited back to your original form of payment that was used to make the purchase. We recommend sending items back with tracked delivery, as we will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

If you would like a refund, please contact us via email at stating your order number, reason for return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you’re returning items from outside of the UK, please make sure to describe the items as ‘returned goods’ and mark the value as ‘£1’, as this is a non-commercial parcel. Please note that we will not be able to accept any custom charges on return items. In case the return is completed incorrectly, the item will be sent back to the sender.

If you wish to exchange an ordered product, please make a new order for this product.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. We will notify you by email once we've processed your return request. If we approve your return request, we will apply credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. Please note that postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded items, unless the product is proven faulty.
